Elevate your TVAM experience by becoming a Run Leader or Back Marker (RLBM)! This comprehensive training program equips members (excluding Trainee Observers) with the skills and knowledge to lead or backmark TVAM social runs safely and effectively.

Course Structure:

• • Day 1:
    • Interactive classroom session covering essential RLBM knowledge.
    • Practical session on leading and back marking.

• Mentorship:
  • You will be paired with an experienced Run Leader to refine your skills.
  • Design routes, conduct reconnaissance, and practice leading/backmarking under your Mentor’s guidance.
  • Receive personalized feedback and support to achieve RLBM competency.

Course Logistics:

• Location: Greenham Park, Thatcham (RG19)
• Duration: One day practical training (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM) followed by ongoing mentor support
• Joining instructions: Will be sent approximately one week prior to the course.
